    Description

    This is a medical release form for Pvt. Henry Nilson of the 2d Oregon Regiment.  It is dated May 19, 1899 during the Spanish American War.  It is signed by W. D. Crosby, the Commander of the Hospital.  It is in good condition with no information on the back.  It has a diagnosis for the soldier and returned him to quarters.  It is 5 & 1/2" by 3 & 1/2".
