    Description

    Used 4" MK Diamond Model MK-70 Tile Cutter.  Included is a reprint of the Owners Operating Manual, 2 tools, and 2 washers / blade holders.  C
    ord appears to have been repaired as it has electrical tape on it within 12" of the saw, but it
    turns on fine when plugged in.
    I have not used this item to actually cut tile as I picked it up at an estate sale.  I only plugged it in and turned it on.  Great item for someone to make that tile project look awesome!
    Obviously this is a used item, so there are defects (such as previous owner's initials in marker on saw, dirt, dings, etc), but it looks like there is plenty of life left in this saw!  Look the pictures over and judge for yourself!
