This
Plug and Play
kit is used to
remove
your factory vacuum plumbing systems on VW / Audi 1.8T engines.
1x Oval Style (N80)
4x Square Style (N112, N249, N75 or VVT Solenoid)
Most codes can be
removed
with resistors except the (P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected).
The following code must be removed with flash/software.
This SAI block off plate fits on the 1.8T cylinder head when the system has been removed, CNC machined from billet aluminum includes an o-ring to seal, lock washers and hex head metric bolts.
Note, removing your SAI system will cause check engine codes, proper programming is required to turn these codes off.
Frees up space around and behind the block just by deleting a rat's nest of vacuum hosing.
Pretty easy to remove the factory secondary air injection components; EGR valve, pump, plastic lines and hard lines. The plate install was extraordinarily easy. This kit allow ready access to the secondary O2 sensor.
