    THIS LICENSE FRAME IS EMBOSSED ON THE BACK WITH ROBERT W. BROWN DOWNEY, CALIF AND THIS FRAME  HAS BEEN RE-CHROMED, AND IS IN FANTASTIC UNBROKEN OR CRACKED CONDITION, AND OF COURSE I SEE NO PITTING TO THE CHROME OR PAINT.....
    Of course this frame fits the earlier & larger black plates of the 1960's and the      new owner will pay shipping charges of .85  within the lower 48 states ,with shipping charges to Canada and overseas to be determined after the sale...
