Cosmetic Condition
The charger is in fairly good cosmetic condition. if a bit dusty. It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.

No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship.
Testing
We tested the charger by plugging it in. It powers on and the display works.
Without a 24V battery on hand to test charge with, we were unable to test further. The charger is being sold as-is. We can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described.
