Imported. Jessica is dressed in a blue Little Bo-Peep costume, complete with blue bonnet and garter on her right leg. She is holding a tall white sheepherder's crook that has a large blue ribbon/bow tied on it.
This pin series was released in October, 2006 featuring Jessica dressed in a series of costumes...for Halloween.
