Returns & Refunds
* Returns are gladly accepted on all items if they are returned in the same condition they were received. Returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. I offer one of the longest return periods of all appliance parts sellers on eBay!
* Buyer pays the return shipping costs, unless I made a mistake, the item was damaged during shipping, or failed within the warranty period.
* Did you receive a broken or defective item? Contact me right away, if your item was broken or damaged during shipping.
* Refunds are only for the cost of the item and do not include the cost of shipping, unless part is proven to be defective. Please see Warranty info if item is broken or defective.
* Refunds are issued within 5 business days of me receiving the item back.
* Returned items that were shipped to you via Free USPS Shipping will incur a restocking fee of 20% to cover the original shipping fees. Restocking fees do not apply for warranty claims or items that were damaged in shipping. Items can be returned after 30 days but no later than 60 days after from the original purchase date will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

* All Shipping Prices listed are for shipping to the United States and Most US Territories Only. Shipping to Puerto Rico is the Same as US Shipping. Shipping is also available for Canada. Please contact me before ordering for a shipping quote. All orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment (Monday-Friday). If an item is paid for before 12pm Eastern Standard Time it will ship the same business day.
* In a Hurry? Express (1 day) USPS shipping is available on most items (at checkout). PLEASE NOTE Usps Express shipping is one day shipping TO MOST ZIP CODES. Some Zip Codes are a standard 2 day shipping on Express mail. Please contact me prior to, or just after ordering with your zip code to verify if express usps is actually one day shipping to your zip code. Further more, express usps mail requires a signiture for delivery. USPS standard proceedure is to try and deliver once, but if no one is home to sign for the package, it will be held at the post office, thus potentially delaying the repair of your appliance. Please also note, "Statistically Speaking" buyers who opt for express shipping misdiagnose/order the wrong part up to 60% of the time. If you need a part in a hurry, please double check that what you are ordering is in fact what you need.
