I don't believe that it has been used or installed.  See uncrimped terminals.  I see no sign of use.
Looks like you will need to replace the Equalize switch that is pointed out in the pictures. Sould be easy to replace.  Looks like it was messed with during shipping. Best to replace it after you receive it.
