Priority & UPS cost more money than first class & parcel select -- we feel your merchandise should get to you in the same condition as it leaves our hands. This is the best way to ship our fragile merchandise .
Overseas -- we only ship overseas through the Ebay Global shipping program. We do not determine shipping fees. That is between Ebay and the customer. If you wish to purchase from us and need to know the fees prior to bidding, please contact Ebay. If you are purchasing more than one item, please add items to cart, then check out when finished. This will save you money on shipping fees, as items can be packaged together. If purchased individually, you will have to pay for each item being shipped to you in its own package, costing you more money.

We package securely, however we have no control of how UPS or the post office handle our packages. Should a problem arise, (and we haven't had many in the past 15+ years we have been doing Ebay) we will do our best to help you get refunded.
NEW POST OFFICE POLICY FOR DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
per USPS accounting department who is responsible for handling claims.
A damaged item must be brought to the Post Office so they can verify the item was damaged by seeing the item, box & all packing. Even if claim is filed on line, the accounting department will deny the claim if the post office doesn't see the above. To expedite claim, we suggest you bringing a copy of your invoice, payment, and photos of priority label as well as photos of damaged item  (attach to claim).
If item is lost in transit, or damaged by UPS, we will be happy to file claim for you as long as you include photos as above for damage. If UPS wants to see the item (although they usually don't), they will notify customer.
With any claim, keep all merchandise and copies for your protection.
