Military Gold Ring Richmond Light Infantry Blues / Richmond Virginia collectable

An early vintage Richmond Light Infantry Blues 10k Gold Ring. Likely based upon use, early 1900's! Come with original Box, and from leading Richmond Jeweler of the period. The Tiffany's of Richmond! Highly sough after, and collectable due to age and original box. Stone is faceted inside and domed showing when viewed. it is unknown to me the type stone, seems to have an eye, when a single light source directed onto it, perhaps star sapphire? However, I'm just guessing, i do not know. Has logo of Infantry group, a American Eagle, all with gorgeous wear that ONLY comes from daily wear for like 70 plus years. This was saved from the Gold smelter, when Gold hit 00, its certainly worth more as a Military ring, with Richmond Significance! These only come along very rarly and need to be put in a museum or a high end collection! Please ask any questions should you have.
