This was part of a bulk purchase so there is no original packaging.
The Truth Encore Casement operators are one of most common operators used on windows made over the last 10 years.
This dyad operator is often used on narrower casement windows.
They are easy to replace & the price includes the installation screws.

Before ordering, please take note of the arms & how they are shaped & attached to each other.
There are several versions of this operator & they may not be interchangeable.  You should also note this one has a silver spline & it is located on the right side when looking at the window from inside the house.
If you are not sure email me & we will try make sure before it is paid for & shipped.
I also have almost any other part that may be needed on a window that this operator works with.
If other parts are needed, please email me & I can include them for a modest charge but with no shipping.
