Officer Spanish Artillery button T.W.&W Paris backmark

Here is a Spanish Artillery button dating 1875-1898 from what my helpers told me. I have friends that always help me when I am stuck on a button. This one is not your normal shank on the back it looks like it was more like a cuff link type button. One told me that Officers had them special made for whatever their reason was. Look at the pictures. Measures 3/4 ". In nice displayable condition.
