Very difficult to find and considered centerpieces to many collections is the M1892 USMC enlisted man's spiked helmet EGA. This is an original as can be seen by the cut beak, the curved latitude lines and the counter torque pins to the rear of the wings. It also exhibits details that the reproductions just can't match.
Last picture is of the badge attached to the hat from the time period as seen at the National Museum of the Marine Corps.
