Rockler Woodworking Brass Centering Sleeve Kit For Routers ?

Description

To be honest, not exactly sure what these are used for. Saw them at an estate sale, know Rockler is a good brand, so I picked them up.
They are all in good condition, one does have some tool marks on the id (see pic)
