Spanish American War Era US Army Enlisted "Private Purchase" Canvas Back Pack - Probably from State Guard or Militia Unit - Excellent Condition
Up for auction is an Original Spanish American War Era US Army Enlisted "Private Purchase" Canvas Back Pack.  This was probably from a State Guard or Militia Unit.  Similar in size and construction to the 1898 Pattern Haversack, but with a set of attached should straps, letting it be worn as a back pack.  There are no visible manufacturer markings.  It is used, please see photo's for details and condition.
