Spanish American War Ohio 9th volunteer infantry certificate of mustering 1898

Spanish American war Ohio ninth volunteer infantry seventh regiment certificate of mustering. James M Woltz was second lieutenant battalion adjutant from Chillicothe Ohio. Signed by governor Asa Bushnell, Captain 9th infantry C M Rockefeller, Assistant Adjutant General of Ohio Herbert Kingley, Secretary of Ohio Charles Kinney and notary public G T Mankin.  Issued May 13th 1898. On heavy paper with very little discoloration. Most of the discoloration is at the top of the back. See picture # 6. Has been folded. Has gold State of Ohio seal and notary public emboss. The ink is not faded. Even the red ink is still clear. See the pictures.
