Uniform is in well preserved condition - was worn by a George Rich - 1898 and by his granddaughter in 1944 when she attended a Halloween Party - (per the writing on the front of the box the Uniform was stored in)
Hat: Inside Brim measures 21" has the U.S.S. Suwanee Band
Pants: High Waisted 42" total length - Waist Approximately 30" Length is 32"
Top - Shoulder to Shoulder Approximately  20" - Back Length 32" Width of Jacket 22" - Sleeve Length 22"
