    Description

    This signed check by Admiral George Dewey is in excellent condition.  It was made out to a guy named John Wanstall (something like that) in 1893 for .50.  You can see that someone punched a hole through the signature on the back to cancel the check.  That was common for old checks like this one.  If you have any problem with the autograph, send it back to me for a full refund within 30 days.  I am not a dealer.  I am just selling most of the autographs that I have collected through the years.  This will be mailed in a USPS priority flat rate envelope for .95.
