1) We use third party delivery companies or courier, we have no control or influence over the expected or anticipated delivery times andtherefore we can offer no guarantees beyond those given or offered by the delivery service. Delays in delivery may be experienced as a result of extreme weather, unscheduled events (including natural disasters and strikes) or any other reason beyond the control of ourselves or the delivery service.
2) Our standard delivery method is first class post and there are no charges for orders within the United Kingdom.
3) We accept orders from Europe and the rest of the World. The time in transit will vary according to the destination.
4) If for any reason your items are returned to us undelivered we shall attempt to contact you to establish the reason. The goods can be redelivered but we may ask you to reimburse us the costs.
5) Where an order is damaged, faulty or incomplete you must notify us as soon as is practical and reasonably possible and return the goods inaccordance with out Returns Policies. Delaying notification or returning the goods may affect your contractual or statutory rights and obligations.
Returns
This document sets out our policies relating to returning our products. It forms part of out Terms of sale and should be read in conjunction with those Terms and our Delivery Policy.
1) If any of our products fail to meet your expectations you can return the goods in accordance with this Policy and our 'Quality Guarantee'.
2) You have 14 days from delivery of the goods and you being informedof your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 in which you can return the goods to us, this is called the cancellation period. The cancellation period does not apply to personalised or custom made products.
3) During the cancellation period, you have a duty of care towards the goods; if you breach this duty of care you may lose your right to return the goods.
4) The goods are supplied in clear plastic packaging and hygiene sealed. This allows you to examine the goods prior to accepting them without breaking the seal or opening the bag.
5) Any damage to the goods, hygiene seal or packaging will be considered to be a breech of that duty of care and we shall be entitled to refuse a refund or replacement in mitigation of our losses.
6) You must not use or wear the goods unless you are accepting them.
7) Should you decide you want return the goods within the cancellation period you should contact us by email or telephone.
8) The goods should be returned to us in the same condition you received them and at your own expense.
9) In the interest of clarity returns cannot be accepted if -
a) You cause any damage (including superficial) to the goods.
b) The hygiene seal is broken.
c) The bag is opened.
d) The goods have been worn or used.
9) The goods should be securely packaged when returned to Stretch It Body Jewellery, 31 Hamilton Drive, Wordsley, Stourbridge, West Midlands,DY8 5EX, United Kingdom within 5 days of you giving us notice. You are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our property, which should be taken into account when selecting your method of delivery and whether insurance is appropriate.
10) Where goods are returned in accordance with these terms we shall issue a replacement or full refund of the purchase price and delivery charges within 28 days from receipt of the returned goods by crediting the payment card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
11) Where goods are returned not in accordance with this policy we may not accept the goods returned. If we do not accept the goods being returned we shall advise you by email, we will return the goods to you upon receipt of the standard delivery charge.
12) Nothing within these Terms interferes with or affects your statutory rights.

17) If the ordered goods are not in stock, or we are otherwise unableto meet your order we will advise you via email or telephone and youwill have the following options -
a) We may make you aware of any alternative or similar products that are in stock.
b) You may select an alternative product, any adjustments to the order value.
c) We may advise you of when the next delivery of the products is anticipated.
d) You may cancel the order and receive a full refund of purchase price and delivery charges.
18) Where the buyer is outside the UK they may be subject toadditional charges upon delivery for local/import taxes, customs orduties.
19) Wherever possible, we shall endeavour to process and dispatchorders the same working day when the order is confirmed before 2pm, orthe next working day when the order is received and confirmed after 2pm.In the interest of clarity a working day is Monday to Friday, 9am to5pm excluding Bank or Public Holidays.

21) Upon receipt of the goods, under the Consumer Protection(Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 you will have 7 days to examine thegoods and return them if you are unhappy, goods can only be returned inaccordance with our Returns Policy.

27) Neither party shall be held in breach of this agreement, or heldliable in damages for any event, delay, default resulting from ForceMajeure (A force of nature or 'Act of God') or conditions which do notarise as a result of a breach of a duty of care or negligence, includingbut not limited to adverse weather, war, strikes, fires, floods.Governmental restrictions, power failures, failure of suppliers,sub-contractors or carriers or other causes beyond the reasonablecontrol of the party, providing that the party experiencing thedifficulty provides prompt written notification.
28) A person or company who is not party to the agreement shall nothave any rights, benefits or obligations under the Contract (Rights ofThird Parties) Act 1999.
29) Any notices necessary or required under the provisions of thisagreement shall be served by hand or by way of recorded delivery mail orcourier service or electronic mail. The date of service of the noticeshall be the date of it being handed or posted or upon sending of anelectronic mail. Notices shall be deemed to have been served immediatelyif by hand, upon signing if by recorded delivery or courier, or 1 hourafter sending an electronic mail if the electronic mail has not beenreturned undelivered.
