These were removed from a facility that closed down.
All reported working when last used, but no guarantee, and thus priced as is.
You will have to wire these in and set to your correct voltage 3 phase, 208 / 240 / 480.
This is wired currently for 480, there is no book, as they have put a wring connection chart on
the inside of the door.
You or your electrician will have use the chart to correctly wire up your charger.
I had an electrician wire one in for me at my warehouse(240v), took just an hour including putting in a separate breaker.
