CANNONBALL® Tintable Bed Liner Kit
- is an extremely durable 2-component urethane coating designed for application directly to most original manufacturers' paint finishes, or any self-etching primer surface, metal, wood, and even fiberglass. Dries rapidly and protects truck beds and more from high impact, scratches, weather, rust, corrosion, UV damage, and extreme temperature while resisting stains & abrasion. #TP-2021T.
More than a Bed Liner ...
CANNONBALL® makes an excellent sound deadener under or inside vehicles. Waterproof material stays flexible and reduces road noise and vibration, plus looks great! By thinning 15% with CANNONBALL® Reducer #TP-2012, you can spray with a 1.8-2.3 mm HVLP spray gun for a finer finish. Popular on frames, under body, lower body accent, inside body panels, or under hood.
To Match Your Vehicle Color:
Simply add up to 10% urethane basecoat available at your local paint supplier.
Easy to Apply:
Simply mix, shake, and spray! Kit contains four bottles of CANNONBALL® Tintable Bed Liner Resin Base (partially filled). Just add 5 oz of CANNONBALL® Bed Liner Activator to Bed Liner Resin bottle, shake 2 minutes, add another 5 oz of activator, shake for another 2 minutes, then spray on with included applicator gun at 25-45 psi. By increasing or decreasing air pressure, you can achieve different textures of your choice. Apply with an even-sweeping motion to obtain the required texture. Bed liner can also be rolled or brushed.
50-State Compliant - a safer product.
Surface Prep:
The surface should be sanded or scuffed and free of dirt and rust for proper adhesion. If bare metal is present, treat with CANNONBALL® Etch Primer #TP-2011 (sold separately, see our ebay store). Always clean surface with CANNONBALL® Prep Solvent #TP-2010 (sold separately, see our ebay store) before applying bed liner.

Coverage:
201 square feet @ 4 mil thickness (standard 8 ft bed). Additional coat can be applied after 60 minutes.
