    Description

    Beautiful and Original US Military Enlisted Hat Insignia with Display Box. I believe this design of headwear was used between 1881 and 1904 on the front of the helmet for the Infantry. Eagle, Shield and Rifles delightfully shown and measures 4 1/2" high and 3 1/2" wide. Screw fastener works fine on the back with the front showing signs of  gold color fading.
