Offered here is a late Victorian
21st Lancers (Empress of India's) Mess Dress set for a captain. This uniform is not named. There is one toggle missing from the waistcoat. There is some minor thread separation on the collars. There is no mothing that I can see. The silk lining has shredded, as silk does.
