    Vintage early 70s/1970s Girls Size 12 (Also Fits Womens XXS/XS) Orange & White Polka-Dot Scooter Skirt Shorts
    Cotton, polyester blend. Made by "Dutchmaid" in Ephrata, PA.
    Shorts have elastic in the waistband and side zip & button closure.
    Shorts have a detachable panel on both the front and the back that attaches via buttons, and from what I'm told, was for wearing in schools and other places where shorts and pants on girls were against the dress code. Imagine!
