    Description

This is a vintage wooden still bank that was a souvenir from the Wax Museum, Washington, D.C. This cute little cedar wood "Treasure Chest" has a slot at the top for you to place your coins or folded bills into the bank. Has a pretty gold tone metal (probably brass) latch and hardware at the front and a loop in which you may put a tiny padlock to guard your savings. Box measures 5" wide, 2 3/4" tall, and is 3" from front to back. Has a slightly rounded top and two gold pieces of tape-like strips to simulate straps just like a real treasure chest! Hinges work smoothly as does the latch in front. Box is clean and has no splintery areas, broken wood, stains, or odor. Finish/stain has minor wear. Stamped "443" and "Made in USA" on bottom. A cute little vintage souvenir.
Sale final; no return. Thanks for looking!
