Spanish American War German Made Spanish Machete Sword with Scabbard c1900
For your consideration is this highly collectible
Spanish American War German Made Spanish Machete Sword with Scabbard.
The overall length is 18 3/4", the blade length is 14". The fighting knife is in very nice used condition.

The blade shows expected nicks along the cutting edge from use with some rust.  The scabbard is also in decent condition, the carrying strap is detached at one end, as seen in pictures.  This c1900 also saw action during WWII period based on the info carved into the scabbard.  Please see all pictures and make your own opinion regarding condition.
