    Remember our Capitol at its best, not as we saw it earlier this year. The US Capitol illustration on this old ceramic Bell is accompanied by rich embossing over the rest of the bell and handle, with a shiny gold edge below and rim above. The Bell does ring as you hold its handle with vining design.
    Bell appears to be in good condition. It is glazed inside and out with an unglazed bottom edge. Please use zoom feature on all photos
    Souvenir Bell is 3" diameter by 5 1/2" h
